For our quarterly BackTalk in The Hague, we invited as guest speaker Geert Dielissen, director legal affairs at Kramp. Being an experienced company lawyer, Geert shared practical, ready to use information with our scale-up founders and Backs.
Everyone went home with useful knowledge about contract law and practical checklists for drawing up a letter of intent or entering a partnership.
Afterwards, the group of more than fifty founders and Backs had a chance to network and share experiences while having a drink and ‘bitterballen’ at the Vault, the unique meeting room at the Indigo Hotel, where the BackTalk took place.
