Next Valley
Program
This 12-month, individual support program is designed to help ambitious founders scale in the Dutch and European markets. The program can be extended, either with the same level of mentoring or in a lighter format.
The Next Valley Program brings together strategic guidance, practical expertise, and a powerful network.
What you can expect
Personalized mentoring
You receive tailored support aligned with your company’s growth stage and ambitions, including bi-monthly check-ins with a dedicated Back for strategic mentoring, hands-on guidance and network introductions.
Access to reliable business experts
Participating ventures gain access to our highly trusted VentureNetwork: a carefully curated group of experienced business experts. This network provides essential expertise in areas such as: legal, IP, finance, subsidies, funding, marketing, sales, and more.
Legal and incorporation support
We provide legal advice for venture incorporation, including introductions to a notary from our VentureNetwork, ensuring a strong and compliant foundation.
Frank’s Coworking Space
Our offices are located in Titaan – a vibrant startup hub in The Hague. For an accessible fee, our ventures can rent a virtual coworking space at Titaan, which also includes a registered business address.
Powerful networks and funding options
You gain direct access to the Dutch startup ecosystem and the extensive network of Frank & the Backs. We also connect ventures to a broad network of investors and business angels interested in impactful, fast-growing companies.
Networking and business opportunities
We regularly host business events that bring together founders, Backs, alumni, and others. Participants also receive invitations to other networking events and gain access to curated business opportunities, such as investor events, impact-driven meetups, and strategic partner introductions.
Practical guides
We support founders with practical information covering legal structures, tax essentials, registering and settling in the Netherlands. In addition, we provide clear, step-by-step guidance on the Startup Visa process, visa collection and extension requirements, and residence permits for essential personnel.
Soft landing
To facilitate a smooth relocation to the Netherlands, we work with ACCESS, a nonprofit organization that provides practical services and guidance to help internationals settle in our country.
Workshops and training
Our Market Entry Plan workshop is included in the Next Valley program. Throughout the year, we also organize other specialized workshops and training sessions covering topics such as accelerating sales, preparing for funding and pitching training.
Interns for Ventures
We can help ventures connect with talented and motivated interns – students or young professionals – who can support them with specific assignments or with day-to-day operational tasks.
Alumni
We highly value our alumni. They remain welcome at community events and continue to receive relevant business opportunities.
