Far too often, scale-ups dive into building a market entry plan for start-ups without ever validating it with real customers. They spend months perfecting their product or service… without actually talking to the people they’re trying to reach.

That’s why our Market Entry Plan workshop is a core part of the Next Valley program.
Last week, our training manager, Jonathan Talbott, once again guided several founders on a journey into the outside world.

During the workshop, Jonathan helped the founders:
✔️ Identify their most valuable customers
✔️ Learn how to effectively reach out to customers in Dutch and European markets
✔️ Uncover and test the underlying assumptions

After completing this workshop, the founders are ready for the next step: our Sales Acceleration workshop, where we help ventures fast-track towards a sustainable, sales-driven business model.
