Every now and then, we invite our ventures to take part in impact-driven meetings and events that help them grow their network and explore new markets.
This time, our CEO, Egbert Ottevanger, and QuarterBack Albert Groenewoud joined the Flanders Health Tech Tour together with three of our ventures: T1 Solutions, Early Cancer Prediction and SPA2099.
During the Health Tech Tour, they explored Flanders as a life sciences hub, visiting Hasselt and Leuven. ‘We were impressed by our visit to Health Campus Limburg DC and Leuven Health Technology Centre and imec in Vlaanderen. Their strong interest in medical startups and scale-ups led to valuable new insights and connections,’ Egbert says.
‘This once again shows that you don’t always have to look far for meaningful collaborations. Flanders is clearly motivated in supporting startups and scale-ups from the Netherlands. Being right around the corner, that proximity can be a real advantage. Looking forward to the next steps!’
